Hotel transfers included

Pre and post tour transfers from and to the hotel are included in the price. This does not include airport transfers.

National park ticket and food

Tour cost does not include national park ticket or food, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation

In case you want to cancel, we will refund an amount depending on remaining days left until the start of your tour.

  • More than 30 days: 100% refund.
  • 29 - 10 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 10 days: 25% refund.

    • Transaction fees may apply, which are paid by the customer.

    Force majeure

    If we are unable to perform tours due to unpredictable events (such as bad weather and airplane delays), 50% of the tour cost will be refunded. Transaction fees may apply, which are paid by the customer. This only covers events that could not have been affected in any way by the traveler.

    Refund if unable to perform tour

    If we are unable to perform the tour for any reason other than force majeure, you will be refunded a full 100% of the tour cost.

    Tour languages

    Our standard tour languages are English and Spanish. If you require a different language, additional fees may apply.
